• By commissioning the Artist, the Client agrees to the following terms.• You must be 18 years or older to order a commission.• The Artist reserves the right to decline any commission request.• These Terms of Service are subject to revisions at any time without prior notice.
1. Commission openings are announced via BlueSky. Alternatively, inquiries are welcomed via Email, Telegram, or BlueSky DMs.2. Accepted slots are placed in the public commission queue and invoiced within 48 hours. Work begins once the invoice has been paid for in full.3. For most commission types, a sketch (WIP) is sent out for your approval.4. Once the commission is ready and has been completed, you'll be contacted with the final artwork files (via Email and/or Telegram).
• Payment via Paypal Invoice. All prices and invoices are listed in GBP (£).• Payment must be made in full before any work is started on the commission.• Commissions with a value of £200 or under must be paid upfront in full.• For commissions with a value of over £200, a payment plan can be arranged.• Payment must be made within 3 days from the date of the invoice. Failure to do so may result in the commission slot being cancelled.
• Upon completion of the commission, the Client will receive two files of their commission:
- 1x high resolution, unwatermarked file, for private use
- 1x resized, watermarked file for public use• All commissioned artworks are delivered in digital file format (.PNG) and require no physical shipping.
• The following may incur additional fees:
- Faster turnaround (Rush Fee)
- Additional changes & revisions
- Additional image/licensing rights
- Alternate versions of the commission
• Current estimated turnaround as of 01/2026 is 1 ~ 2 months• The client may request a faster turnaround at an extra fee.• Additional WIPs for any commission type may be requested by the Client, as long as this request is made before work is started on the commission.• Regular updates on all commissions are available to view on the Artist's public queue. Please note that the queue is not worked on in chronological order.
• The Artist retains full rights to the artwork as well as its preliminaries including concepts, sketches, and thumbnails.• The Artist may re-use unused sketches and concepts rejected by the Client for other works such as other commissions, merchandise, original artworks, etc.• The Artist reserves the right to re-post, use, and sell the artwork (as prints, merchandise). The Artist will always ask for the Client's consent if a commissioned artwork may be considered for use in printing and merchandise.
• The artwork commissioned is under the basis of personal, non-profit use only. The Client may use their commission for:
-Prints for personal use.
-Use as a graphic such as icon, banner, wallpaper, etc.
-Re-posting the commission online with credit.• The Client may resize or crop the artwork, but the Client cannot alter the artwork itself without prior discussion and agreement from the Artist.• The Client may request additional image rights at an extra fee.• The Client retains full ownership rights of their own respective characters.
• Changes may be requested during the sketch stage, free of charge.• For smaller/faster turnaround commission types (such as Portrait Speedpaints), a WIP is not provided as part of the completion process.• The Client has up to 14 days from the date of receiving the finished commission to request small edits. After 14 days, the commission will be marked as completed, and the Artist is under no obligation to work on the commission any further.• Minor revisions for a commission marked as completed will be charged at a minimum, non-negotiable fee of £10 per revision.• If the Artist makes error in the character's markings or design, this can be fixed for free.
Refund policy is as follows:
- A full refund can be granted where work has not started on the commission.
- A 50% refund can be granted if a refund is requested by the sketch stage.
- No refund will be granted if The Client cancels after approval, or if the commission has been completed in full.• The Artist reserves the right to cancel a commission and issue a refund due to: poor communication, inappropriate behaviour, or an unforeseen inability to finish the commission.
